• Rigid Building Foams

    Rigid Building Foams offer a unique blend of properties which yield excellent mechanical and thermally efficient structures. SSFR foams deliver high compressive/shear strength, insulating capacity, overall toughness and impact resistance. Their high performance strength to weight ratio densities produce a wide range of applications for very diverse industries. As an energy saving material yielding very high insulating values, paralleled with its sound absorbing capability it has seen much use in the architectural and construction industries. Rigid foams are applied in spray or casting formats. Pour casting diversifies its uses to the areas of consumer products manufacturing, mold making, marine docks, flotation, void fill, artwork carving and many industrial and commercial industries. SSFRs may be subsequently color top-coated, textured and clear coated to handle extensive outdoor rugged environments using the ClearSkin system. These materials maintain dimensional stability and will not deform or distort within operating temperature of -100F to 200F. Fire retardant formulations are used in structural public buildings and warehouses. Installation cure times range from 30 sec. to 30 min. depending on application method (spray vs. pour), ambient temperature and humidity. Pour foam applications require longer cure times and caution must be taken for large castings due to inherent exothermic reaction process. SSFRs utilize a standard 2-component liquid pumping machine for both the spray and pour methods of dispensing. Volumetric expansion of SSFR may be formulated up to 140x relative to its original volume depending on required application densities. Densities of 2-3 pcf have been tested to MIL-P21929C.

    The Rigid Building Foams are water or gas blown (245 or Pentane) fast-set materials typically used for air-tight insulation applications due to their closed-cellular nature. These foams are premium building products which contribute structural integrity with moisture, air and chemical vapor barrier integrity. High insulating values are attibuted with these foams and as such are commonly in roof, wall and floor insulation applications, commercial freezers and all energy saving applications where high thermal insulating requirements are mandated. Values vary relative to foam densities. Foam coverage per sq.ft. will vary relative to the density also as governed by expansion characteristics, the ambient spray temperature and the substrate temperature.

  • Rapid 1K

    Rapid 1K is an aliphatic 1-component waterborne formulation delivering good chemical and water resistance while providing good abrasion resistance and fast-setting properties. It is designed to be used as a primer or topcoat sealer. This material is 42% solids and can be used on porous and non-porous substrates. This material is available in flexible, semi-flexible or rigid film.

    Rapid 1K is an air-dry system where it is normally roll applied. This low viscosity dispersion dries clear and flexible in 10-15 minutes acquiring full-cure in 24 hrs or maybe forced dried at elevated temperatures. Rapid 1K-Topcoat is available in medium to high elongation formulations where flexibility is demanded. The high-flex version provides up to 600% elongation with a tensile strength of 2400 psi while the the medium-flex allows for 100%. Pigments and thickener additives may also be included to enhance its use.

  • Rapid Soil Stabilizer

    Rapid Soil Stabilizer is a long-lasting UV stable 1-component cross-linked waterborne formulation delivering excellent chemical and water resistance. It is designed specifically for controlling heavy dust areas generated by aircraft, road traffic, construction site and areas prone to high gusting winds. Superior performance is achieved when the micro-polymers coalesce as water dissipates from the carrier system. High strength bonding forms between the soil and aggregate particles. The water-resistant co-polymer matrix dries clear and transparent leaving the natural landscape appearance.

    Soil, sand and and harsh dust control are the primary applications for this engineered polymer. The micro-penetrating nature of this 30% solids material promotes its use for priming and sealing of masonry, wood, stucco and other porous substrates. This material may also be used as a primer in many SuperSkinSystem’s coating applications.

    Rapid Soil Stabilizer is a spray applied solvent-free low viscosity dispersion which dries clear and flexible in 1 hour at room temperature. The product is odorless, non-hazardous, non-flammable and environmentally safe. Color pigments may be added to visually determine when re-coating is necessary. It is non-tracking, non-leaching and animal safe. It will not wash away with rain once cured continually providing a superior micron dust-net.

  • Roto-Molding Resins

    RotoMolding Resins are specifically formulated 2-component 100% solids hybrid polyurea-based material designed to produce dimensionally stable, structural hollow part moldings. This material is normally batch-mixed and poured into hollow room-temp mold. Solidification times may be tailored to accommodate large part or intricate moldings. Casting material is normally applied at room temperature. Resins may be colored-tinted as well as durometers may be formulated to range from 60A-75D. Resins may be neat or filled to meet material shrinkage requirements (1% to 0.5% respectively). Material formulations functional operation temperatures may be formulated to range from -20°F to 200°F.

  • Saddle Foam

    Saddle Foam is a unique fast-build 2-component multi-purpose 3.0 pcf structural foam designed specifically for pipeline trench retainment and pipe saddle suspension applications.  This tough foam provides excellent uniform cellular foaming to quickly build high strength rigid barriers. The cured foam is hydrophobic, tough and resilient to cracking. It provides excellent bonding to many porous and non-porous substrates such as concrete, metals, fiberglass etc. Specific formulations may be obtained to properly fit demanding applications.   • ToughTruck™ Bedliner

    ToughLiner is an industrial abrasion resistant spray coating to be used on demanding surfaces such as automotive, marine and industrial linings. It provides excellent chemical, moisture and UV resistance. It is a two component 100% solids polyurea formulation containing no VOCs and is designed to deliver excellent adhesion and optimal curing in very cold to hot climates. It may be used directly on clean metals, fiberglass, concrete and masonry. A primer may also be required depending on particular substrate.

    ToughLiner is applied by 2K high pressure plural component pumping machine. It delivers a 15 sec gel time with a 24 hour cure time to return to harsh service. It is available in Black and Dary Gray. Its finished surface may appear textured by applying a final fog-spray technique. It retains a wide functional temperature range and flexibility from -20F to 150F.

  • WB Acrylic Modified Polyol

    WB Acrylic Modified Polyol is designed to be used in 2K waterborne coating formulations. This line of friendly no-VOC aliphatic polyols combine a unique combination of properties which lend themselves for use in exterior weather resistant applications. These polyols exhibit excellent durability regarding resistance to abrasion, chemicals and sunlight when mixed with an isocyanate crosslinker. They may also create an optically clear high gloss or matte finish which is available in rigid or flexible versions. WB Acrylic Modified Polyols materials may be color pigmented to for solid or translucent appearance.

    These acrylic polyols deliver up to 70% solids content and are available in fast drying or slow drying formulations resulting in mix ratios of eithr 2B:1A or 4B:1A. These polyols are intended to be used with polyisocyanate crosslinkers with mid to high degrees of %NCO such as WB Aliphatic Prepolymer-16 or WB Aliphatic Prepolymer-23. SuperSkinSystems offers a large range of WB Aliphatic Prepolymers form many customized coating formulations.

    Recommended storage conditions are to protect from frost and high heat, temperature range: 45-95 F (7-35 C) and kept in tightly closed containers no longer than 12 months. KEEP FROM FREEZING. Please refer to MSDS for Product Safety and Regulatory information.

  • WB Jet Epoxy

    WB Jet Epoxy is a water-based epoxy curing agent that lets you create unique microporous systems that are breathable and water vapor permeable preventing delamination and blistering. This means floors can be laid and returned to service quickly, without the extra costs involved with reducing moisture content of the concrete. It is based on a polymeric emulsion and, as a result, provides superior performance for a wide range of applications. It has been developed primarily for use with liquid epoxy resins, out-performing solid emulsion-based systems by offering the capability to formulate systems with zero VOC and without resin emulsifiers.

  • WB ClearSkin

    WBClearSkin is an extremely tough optically clear weather resistant UV stable 2K water-borne coating. It exhibits excellent durability regarding resistance to abrasion, chemicals and sunlight. This rugged material is designed to handle industrial floors, heavy traffic and stain-resistance. Given its hard shell, penetrating nature, cleanability and anti-microbial additives it is used in hospitals, food processing plants, food storage facilities, aircraft hangers, subway walls and other demanding surfaces requiring high performance protective characteristics. It maintains superior dry film hardness to protect against wear providing long-term ease of maintenance. This material may also be color tinted to match solid or translucent color systems only using SuperSkinSystems™ colorants. Levels of added color may provide decorative translucent to opaque appearances. WBClearSkin may be used over a host of diverse types of substrates such as concrete, brick, stone, metal, wood and composites.

    WBClearSkin is primarily used as an industrial/commercial floor coating. It has many other diverse uses including parking decks, exterior siding, residential garage floors and other exterior/interior applications. It may also be used as stone/paver sealer and topcoat, wood and concrete primer and/or decorative textured colored finish as it supports aggregate broadcasts. See color textures chart here.There are 2 versions of the formulation to provide either a glossy or a matte finish.

    WBClearSkin may be applied by a standard air-less spray equipment, roller or brush. Substrate surfaces must be clean/dry, free of contaminates and loose dust. SuperSkinSystems offers superior-cleansing enzyme agent materials to help loosen and degrease fatty oil impregnated surfaces to aid in preparatory efforts to provide a properly prepared substrate surface. These bio-enzyme cleaners deliver extreme deep cleaning to pre-existing machine-finished concrete surfaces. This surface coating system dries to a hard clear walk-on protective finish in 12 hours and fully cured withing 72 hours depending on drying conditions. Two (2) coats are recommended using a 2-3 hour re-coat window without abrading the surface.

  • WetSkin Epoxy Primer

    WetSkin Epoxy is a superior slow-setting zero-VOC 100% solids epoxy primer formulated specifically for damp, humid, wet or underwater application conditions. It provides excellent adhesion to cold underground concrete surfaces. It provides good chemical and anti-corrosive resistance against water, mineral acids, alkalies, hydrocarbons and solvents. The unique nature of this epoxy permits its use in extreme environments such as underground concrete facilites, nuclear plants, vaults, water water treatment plants, water and chemical containment facilities, tunnels, industrial chemical plants and fresh water environments.

    WetSkin is formulated in as a semi-rigid colorable low odor coating system to accommodate surfaces which exhibit a small degree of flexibility while delivering excellent impact strength. This primer coating may also be used to coat metal, wood, fabrics and composite substrates. Its heavy-duty performance characteristics enable it to be used with many types of construction, precasts, wet-floors or repairs producing an adhesion promoter for many super-polymer elastomers or topcoats such as StormSkin™, BlastSkin™, FireSkin, ChemSkin or family of ClearSkin products.

  • WB Aliphatic Prepolymers (WB APU Series)

    WB APUs are a new family of water-based aliphatic prepolymers using 2K WB polyurea technology. The proprietary isocyanate prepolymers are designed to be reacted with our water-based polyols to produce high strength UV resistant coatings while enhancing other properties such as abrasion resistance, adhesion, tensile strength and extended gel, tack free times and wet-out times. These solvent-free polyisocyanate prepolymers are offered in specific NCO content grades to deliver the desired properties of your end products and formulation requirements.   • WB Aliphatic Isocyanate Prepolymer

    WB Aliphatic Prepolymer is designed to be used in water-dispersible formulations. It may be used in many variations of an extremely tough optically clear weather resistant UV stable water-borne coatings. It exhibits excellent durability regarding resistance to abrasion, chemicals and sunlight.

  • Jet Epoxy

    Jet Epoxy is a quick set 100% solids self leveling toughened epoxy. It provides excellent adhesive characteristics while exhibiting good chemical, moisture and UV resistance. It can be used as a primer or as a final top-coat. It may be used in confined areas as it emits very low odor emissions. This material is used on metal, wood, fiberglass, concrete, masonry and other difficult to coat surfaces requiring a tough exterior coating. It may also be formulated with anti-corrosion additives to protect ferrous metals from oxidation.

    Jet Epoxy may be applied using pressure pot or air-less spray, roll-on or brush-on. This 2K epoxy system finishes glossy smooth when fully cured. This material is to be used directly on clean dry surfaces and becomes tack free within 1 hour depending on ambient humidity and temperature. It is an excellent primer backbone for all SuperSkinSystems’ super-polymers and general topcoats. It retains a wide functional temperature range while yielding good flexibility from 25F to 150F. Full cure is achieved under normal drying conditions in 24 hours.

    Jet Epoxy is available in 3 primary formulations:
    289: clear and fast
    351: low temp fast cure
    319: clear slow top coat

  • JointSeal

    ChemicalResistance-ClearSkin (1)Joint Seal is a 2-component elastomeric sealing polymer system designed to act as a crack filler primarily in concrete. This material provides exceptional adhesion characteristics and fast cure times. It is highly chemical resistant, insensitive to water, abrasion resistant and remains thermally stable in a range of -20°F (-29 C) to 250°F (125 C). It may be used under traditional floor coatings or any of our top-coating materials. Joint Seal is used in heavy traffic warehouse floors, refrigeration floors, chemical spill prone floors, pothole road repair or under ceramic tile floors. It meets FDA regulations for indirect food contact (CFR 21, Sec. 175-300).

  • HardSkin

    HardSkin is an industrial abrasion resistant spray coating to be used over low density substrates such as polystyrene foam and polyurethane foams which require exterior surface hardnesses up to 70 Shore D. It also provides excellent chemical and moisture resistance and is available with fire retardants to meet E84 Class I. This material is a two component 100% solids and contains no VOCs or solvents. These specialized formulations deliver optimal curing application in very cold or hot climates. HardSkin is paintable and impact resistant.

    HardSkin is normally applied by a 2K high pressure plural component pumping machine with hose and primary heat set at 150F. It becomes tack free in 15-20 sec., full cure in 48 hrs. and delivers a functional temperature range of -20F to 200F. This material may also be applied by hand-held cartridge gun used at room temperature.

  • GlowSkin

    GlowSkin is a durable long-lasting glow-in-the-dark harsh environment coating used primarily in safety applications providing dark dangerous areas a strong nite-light. When fully charged by the sun or auxiliary lights, the nite-light GlowSkin lasts brilliantly for 2 hours. This material is embodied ClearSkin which delivers an extremely tough weather resistant coating. It exhibits excellent durability regarding resistance to abrasion, chemicals and sunlight. Being very tough, it is used primarily in exterior high-wear environments where severe topcoat protection is required. Although GlowSkin may be used directly on many types of surfaces, it is normally used over a reflective base-coat color such as white, yellow or silver to add more to the reflective-glow. GlowSkin top-coat is available in Green and Blue. Mixing together gives a gentle aqua or light teal.

    GlowSkin is a very intense high-performance glow material used in military ships, transportation subways and tunnels, amusement parks, parking decks, office building stairwells, boat docks and the art world. It provides excellent adhesive characteristics and can withstand arctic freezing or desert hot conditions.

  • I-Skin Foam

    I-Skin Foam (Integral-Skin) is a high performance self-skinning foam designed for toughness and durability. Its hardness ranges from semi-rigid to sponge-soft to provide for multi-versatile applications such as commercial impact floor mats, seating cushions, vibration insulators, rigid impact panels, sports equipment, soft/rigid play toys, etc. It may be formulated in any color and many densities to accommodate very specific requirements.

    This unique foam exhibits very low compression set while providing dimensional stability through its wide operating temperature range. I-Skin Foam is formulated from special MDI prepolymers to create very fast molding cycles. It is available using water or gas blown formulations. I-skin can also be formulated to meet CAL 117, MVSS 302 and FAR 25.853a

  • FireSkin 1K

    FireSkin™ 1K is a high temperature waterborne intumescent fire-resistant barrier coating that will withstand direct flame contact. It does not emit continuous smoke with E84 testing yielding 5=flame spread and 70=smoke during flame exposure. It is environmentally friendly and is used in demanding fire shielding applications such as mine safety, protecting steel frameworks, building foam insulation, utility poles, cedar shake roofs, styrene and polyurethane foam board and other flammable material protection. Designers also use this material’s unique decorative coating properties to enhance interior walls specified by fire-retardant requirements as acrylic texture chips may be added. 1K FireSkin also provides outstanding UV stability.

    It is a water-based formulation that is applied by low pressure air-less spray equipment, roller or brush. It is non-toxic and and may be appled in low-ventilated enclosed areas.   • FireSkin™ Foam

    FireSkin Foam is an insulating material designed to withstand direct flame contact. It produces very low smoke and flame spread. The material develops an intumescent fire barrier which provides a protective shield against constant flame and extreme heat conduction to interior surfaces. These closed cell foams range in varing densities from 0.5-50 pcf for use in diverse fire protection system applications. FireSkin Foam is formulated as a Halogen-free, Class 1 fire rated foam containing renewable resource “Green” materials.

    FireSkin Foam delivers toughness and dimensional stability from -20F (-29C) to 250 F (130C). It is used in a variety of construction applications such as in roof, wall and floor building insulation and structural sandwich panel construction foam core materials. These materials have been designed to accommodate HFC 245 or Pentane blowing agent for maximum R-values.   • FireSkin™ 2K

    ChemicalResistance-ClearSkin (3)FireSkin 2K super-polymer is an insulating microcellular polymeric material that will withstand direct flame contact. It emits low smoke and flame spread during flame exposure making it a valuable resource for diverse fire protection enclosure applications.

    It has been specially designed to coat polyurethane and polystyrene foams for fire protection. Other uses include protecting buildings, humans, animals and all nature against the destructive force of fire. Uses include deployable fire barrier systems, mobile structures, hazardous containers and specialily shielding systems for schools and apartments.

  • Decorative TextureCoat™

    ChemicalResistance-ClearSkin (2)Decorative TextureCoat™ (DTC) is a tough weather resistant UV stable protective coating. It presents a decorative stucco-like texture finish which exhibits excellent durability and resistance to high wind abrasion, chemicals, staining and sunlight. This coating demonstrates a combination of many unique characteristics exhibiting excellent adhesion and penetrating capabilities securing a high performance bond to substrate. Decorative color texturing chips give this single component sprayable material a wide range of styling effects. This waterproofing exterior tough-coat may be used over diverse types of substrates such as existing stucco, concrete, brick, stone, metal, wood and composites.

    DTC is used as a waterproofing exterior topcoat sealer. DTC spray coating maintains good flexibility in severe hot and cold environments. It’s surface skin may be ultra-fine to medium to coarse. It is commonly used for face-lifting stucco and painted surfaces. It may also be mixed with other aggregates such aluminium oxide, walnut shells or fine stone creating anti-skid and finely styled decorative surfaces.     Decorative TextureCoat™ is a high performance aliphatic coating with very low ordor during application. Color pigments and textures may also be added as desired. This material may also be applied directly to urethane foam materials in such applications as exterior artwork, architectural moldings or decorative facial panels.

  • Cushion Foam

    Cushion Foam is a superior bio-based flexible microcellular open-cell foam designed to deliver very high toughness and durability for diverse fields of application such as furniture seating cushions, automotive seating, house-wraps, play toys, shock and vibration absorption, impact sports padding, sound-proofing, etc. Seating densities normally range from 3-5 pcf. Density formulations may be adjusted to accommodate other very specific requirements including colors.

    This unique bio-based high resilient (HR) flexible foam exhibits very low compression set while providing dimensional stability through its wide operating temperature range. Cushion Foam is formulated from special MDI pre-polymers to create very fast production and de-molding cycles.
